Melissa Jo Elliott Nominated For Two Momentum Awards
Nashville, Tn March 5, 2009 Nashville, TN Singer, Melissa Jo Elliott has received two nominations- Southern Gospel Artist of the year and Country Artist of the year with IndieHeaven, the leading organization supporting independent artists in Christian music. “This year has been awesome for me! I'm really enjoying the ministry God has given me and I am delighted to be nominated in these two categories! My debut CD, “I Know How To Fly”, in my opinion, is all about stepping out in faith & trusting God, which is what I'm doing myself! I am blessed when people tell me they have been encouraged by the wonderful songs on my CD. I am completely humbled to be able to pursue my passion and to have been nominated for this award.” The recipients of these awards will be announced at the upcoming IndieHeaven CIA Summit 2009 conference, March 25-28, 2009 in Nashville, TN.
